Abstract
This paper presents the results of a study on the assessment of training and development practices in adoption of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (HFCV) in Malaysia with Bangi Industrial Area as focused of the study area. The results showed that overall total score the training and development strategy driven is 38%, overall score of training and development program is 33% and overall score of training and development evaluation practices is 35%. Therefore, the study gave a good signal that the adoption of HFCV will be accepted if the training and development practices can be improved for better operation management of HFCV in Malaysia.
