Participation means acceptance. No signature is required.

Submitting any contribution to GDI or DigiBUILT, including GDI 2025, or registering for, attending, presenting at or otherwise taking part in any GDI-related event, means you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation and the policies they incorporate. See clause 2.

GDI aims to be a conference that everyone working on the built environment can attend and contribute to.

1.Participation formats#

Recorded presentations and online editions allow authors who cannot travel to present and publish on equal terms with those who attend in person.

2.Venues#

For in-person Editions, the Organiser selects venues with step-free access and accessible facilities, and publishes venue details on each Edition page.

3.Requests#

Participants can describe access requirements when they register or by emailing the conference address. Requests are used only to make arrangements and are handled in confidence.

4.This website#

This website is designed to work with screen readers and keyboard navigation and to adapt to light and dark display settings. Please tell us about any barrier you meet.
