Sponsorship and Exhibition Terms
Submitting any contribution to GDI or DigiBUILT, including GDI 2025, or registering for, attending, presenting at or otherwise taking part in any GDI-related event, means you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation and the policies they incorporate. See clause 2.
These terms apply to sponsorship packages, exhibition space and the Industry Showcase, in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Participation.
1.Booking and payment#
A sponsorship is confirmed when the Organiser accepts a signed booking form. Fees are invoiced on confirmation and payable within 30 days of invoice and in any case before the Edition. Benefits are delivered only after payment.
2.Benefits#
Benefits are delivered as described for the package booked. Where an Edition moves online or changes format, physical benefits are replaced by digital equivalents of comparable value agreed with the sponsor, and no refund is payable.
3.Cancellation by the sponsor#
If a sponsor cancels:
- 90 days or more before the first conference day: 50 per cent of the fee is retained;
- fewer than 90 days before the first conference day: the full fee is payable.
4.Content and independence#
All sponsor content, including Industry Showcase sessions, is subject to the Organiser’s approval and must be accurate and lawful. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of any product or service by the Organiser or any GDI Person, and confers no influence over peer review, programme selection, publication or awards.
5.Brand licence#
Sponsors grant the Organiser a licence to use their names and logos for the Edition and its promotion, and may use the Series name and logo only as approved in writing.
6.Liability#
Clauses 13 to 15 of the Terms and Conditions of Participation apply to sponsors and exhibitors as Participants. Sponsors are responsible for their own staff, equipment and insurance at any venue.
