Recording and Photography Policy

Participation means acceptance. No signature is required.

Submitting any contribution to GDI or DigiBUILT, including GDI 2025, or registering for, attending, presenting at or otherwise taking part in any GDI-related event, means you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation and the policies they incorporate. See clause 2.

How sessions are recorded and images are used.

1.Recording and streaming#

Sessions may be recorded and streamed, and recordings may be made available to registered Participants after the Edition. Presenters who do not wish their session to be recorded must notify the Organiser in writing before the Edition.

2.Photography#

Photographs and video taken at in-person Editions may be used to report on the Series and promote future Editions, on the Website, in social media and in print. Participants who do not wish to be photographed should tell the registration desk on arrival.

3.Recorded presentations#

Authors submitting a recorded presentation confirm that they hold the rights to all content in it, including images, video and music, and that everyone appearing in it has consented.

4.Recording by Participants#

Participants may not record, photograph slides of, or rebroadcast sessions without the consent of the presenter and the session chair.
