GDI Awards Terms
Submitting any contribution to GDI or DigiBUILT, including GDI 2025, or registering for, attending, presenting at or otherwise taking part in any GDI-related event, means you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation and the policies they incorporate. See clause 2.
Conditions for entering and receiving a GDI Award.
1.Eligibility#
Applications are open to individuals, teams, academic institutions, companies, professionals and governmental or non-governmental organisations registered to take part in the relevant Edition. Each participant or team may submit one application.
2.Judging#
Applications are assessed by a judging panel appointed by the Organiser. Panel members declare any conflict of interest and take no part in assessing an application in which they have an interest. The panel’s decisions are final and not open to appeal, and the Organiser may decline to make an award in any domain.
3.Accuracy and publicity#
Applicants confirm that their application is accurate and that they are entitled to submit its contents. Recipients agree to their names, projects and images being published by the Series.
4.Complimentary registration#
The waived registration offered to recipients covers one standard registration for the next GDI Edition only. It is personal and non-transferable, has no cash value and excludes travel, accommodation and social functions.
